Zheng Wei Tao (Michael)
Vice President ¨C China
Michael is CBNĄŻs senior manager in China. He has a BachelorĄŻs degree in
Mechanical Automation & Robotics and an MBA, both from Shanghai University.
Since joining CBN in 1996, Michael has concentrated on building a strong
team of professionals with the skills, knowledge and experience to help
CBN clients succeed in China. He brings special expertise in the critical
area of human resources, and specializes in recruiting, hiring, training,
and Chinese employment law. Michael also manages CBN's innovative Internship
Program.
Paul Atwood
Vice President ¨C U.S.
Paul is CBNĄŻs senior manager in the U.S. He holds a Masters degree from
the London School of Economics, and has over 15 years experience in corporate
financing and project management in Hong Kong and China. Paul acts as
principal project liaison for U.S. and European clients, and has been
with CBN since 2001.
Russell N. Meade
Director of Operations
Russ received a BA in International Business from Otterbein College, and has lived and worked in Shanghai since 2006. In addition to managing everyday activities of CBN engineers in the Shanghai office, Russ serves as the key interface between our Western partners and Chinese manufacturing partners. In that capacity he provides cross-cultural education and training to CBN Chinese engineers, CBN Western clients and indigenous Chinese manufacturing partners.
Qin Jin Song (Mary)
Sales & Marketing Director - China
Mary holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Shanghai,
and joined CBN in 1993. She manages CBNĄŻs sales and marketing activities
in China on behalf of our Western clients. In that capacity she develops
targeted Chinese OEM contact lists based on clientsĄŻ Western sales contacts,
manages the introduction of the western client to Chinese buyers and coordinates
ongoing RFQ and bidding activity.
David J. Burch
Sales & Marketing Director ¨C U.S.
Dave joined CBN in 2004 after 21 years in senior management positions
with the Precision Machined Products Association. While with PMPA, he
was instrumental in developing a highly successful China strategy for
the precision machined products industry. Dave is involved in marketing
and client relations, and coordinates CBN study missions for Western trade
associations.
David Franco
Business Analyst ¨C U.S.
David holds an MBA from Miami University as well as a bachelors degree
in Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He has been a
Business Analyst with CBN since 2009. Prior to CBN, David did independent
consulting for small to medium sized companies.
Zhu Chang You
Senior Project Director - Beijing
Chang You came to CBN in 1992 following an illustrious career as senior
logistics coordinator for China Overseas Shipping Co. (COSCO), the worldĄŻs
largest shipping and freight organization. Chang You is extremely knowledgeable
in all manufacturing disciplines, having visited countless Chinese manufacturing
plants over the years. His ability to identify and manage the risks of
Chinese manufacturing is unmatched, and contributes immensely to the success
of our Western clients in China.
Zhang Baosheng (Ted)
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Zhang holds a BSc in Engineering from Liaoning Institute of Technology
and a Masters in Logistics Engineering from the University of Tongji.
Mr. Zhang came to CBN from Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine Group Corporation
- Gas Turbine Institute where his responsibilities included gas turbine
design, project management and supply chain management. Ted serves as
client liaison and senior project manager in the CBN Shanghai office.
Wu Jinbei (Jim)
Project Manager
Mr. Wu holds a BSc in Engineering from Henan University of Science and
Technology. Currently working out of the CBN Shanghai office, Jim was
previously employed by Shanghai Heavy Machinery Plant Co., Ltd., where
he was involved in all aspects of casting, forging and machining operations,
and was recognized for his work on the 165MN Oil Hydraulic forging press
and Sodium Silicate Self-Hardening Sand.
Li Xiaoming (Owen)
Project Manager
Owen came to CBN from Quanta Shanghai Manufacture City, where he specialized
in metal stamping processes and equipment. Mr. Li holds a BSc in Engineering
from Jiamusi University, and serves as a Project Manager in the CBN Shanghai
office.
Wang Xingpei (Martin)
Project Manager
Mr. Wang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Zhengzhou
Institute of Light Industry. Prior to joining CBN, Martin worked for Zhejiang
Qianjiang Motor Co. Ltd., where he focused on specialized fittings for
motorcycles. Martin is based in CBNĄŻs Shanghai office
Shen Bo (Kevin)
Project Manager
Kevin came to CBN from Schneider Electric where he concentrated on tooling
repair and maintenance, stamping dies and plastic molds. Mr. Shen, who
operates out of the CBN Shanghai office, holds a BSc in Engineering from
East China Jiaotong University.
Wang Yuanhao (Sunny)
Procurement Manager
Sunny is in charge of procurement activities in our Shanghai office. He comes to CBN with several years experience in R & D, inspection, project and quality engineering. He also serves as external auditor and is responsible for assisting Chinese suppliers with PPAP and APQP, SPC analysis, FMEA analysis, measurement system analysis, and audits.
